 二、特点/FEATURES

Ⅰ.强劲有特别轻巧的混合头，使混合头挂臂可以放长。
Ⅱ.挂臂回转半径达到4米，回转角度超过半圆。
Ⅲ.在混合头移动范围内，能够固定放置足够数量的发泡模具。
Ⅳ.完全可以取代转盘或环行线的模具输送。
Ⅴ.真正做到投资小、见效快。

 Manufactured from SUS304 material.
 Standard tank capacity is 100L.double
 jackets tank shell keeps material
 temperature stable.
  High carbon steel mixing head
  provides excellent mixing , precise
  metering easy operation and simple

原料桶

 材质：SUS304，标准容量100L 夹层式恒温
 确保原料品质温度稳定。

混合头

 高炭钢混合头，搅拌良好、计量准确 、
 操作方便 保养容易。
 
 四、主要参数/MAIN PARAMETERS

一、两组分原液可以分别调制温度。控温精度 ±1℃(发泡机自带电加热装置，冷却原液需外接冷水）。
二、吐出量在多元醇组分和异氰酸酯组分比例为1 :1时最小60g/s ，最大300g/s。以上范围内两组分原液吐出量可以分别无级调节。
三、原液计量误差不大于1%。
四、原液注入定时范围0.1-99.9s，计时误差不大于0.1s。原液注入定时12个。
五、混合器转速约3000r/min。
六、原液贮罐有效容积100L；溶剂贮罐容积20L。
